About the company
RightJob Solutions is a digital agency based in Zamboanga City that helps small businesses with their online presence: web development, digital marketing, design, and support services. Most of the work was client projects, each one coming from a different business with a different set of needs.
My journey there
This was my first role where I worked on the web full time. Before this, I had been building an Android app and managing systems, so moving to web development meant learning a lot in a short period.
Because every client was different, I rarely worked in the same stack twice. One project would be a Laravel or CodeIgniter backend with a Vue frontend, the next would be React with an Express and GraphQL API, and in between there were WordPress sites that needed to be built and handed over quickly. At the time it felt like a lot to juggle, but it gave me a broad base early on and taught me how to pick up a framework, understand its conventions, and become productive without waiting to be taught.
We did not talk to clients directly; requirements came to us through the project manager. That taught me to work with what was written down, ask the right questions early when something was unclear, and confirm what the client actually needed before building it. That habit of understanding the problem before writing code has stayed with me ever since.

- Designed and delivered 3 web applications using React, Vue, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Express, and GraphQL.

Closing thoughts
Looking back, RightJob was the bridge between where I started and where I wanted to be. It gave me enough exposure to different technologies to know what I liked, and enough client work to understand that shipping something useful matters more than using the newest tool.
After less than a year, I was ready for a bigger engineering team and more structure. That led me to exact construct GmbH, where much of what I had picked up here became the foundation for the next few years.
